Scat workshops, bird watching, a California condor slideshow, and critter skits by the local school kids? It must be “Celebrate Wildlife Day” at Grand Canyon National Park!
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, the park service has made this year’s event even…well…wilder. The programs will take place in, or radiate out from, the Shrine of the Ages on the South Rim.
This free day is a big hit with young and old alike. No reservations are required. So grab your aspiring trackers, wildlife biologists, zookeepers, and veterinarians and make a beeline for the Grand Canyon!
